Ok so this has been a disaster. I now have to do a fresh install and am upgrading from V24 to V29. However I just can not past the exchange api screen I can not delete the 2 old exchanges no longer used and the exchange I do use Kucoin still requires me to upgrade the API key from v2 to v3 and I can not get the gunbot set up wizard to accept the new key  – any ideas

that worked – all good now thanks on v24. However when I was fixing this I thought I would try to upgrade to V27 & followed instructions in wiki, it failed big tine so I rolled back.  I did post the error here but got a message saying awaiting moderation & no reply. Would be awesome if you could help me fix the error

HI, I do not see the screen as it is shown in that guide.  According to the guide there should be a key there & there isnt.

under Edit License – there is nothing showing. just says for security reasons I can only edit license when actively trading using an already Registered key.

I am still connnected to okex & want to connect Kucoin but there is no key showing u set edit license

Yes I think you are correct. My API passkey is incorrect & OKX support tell me I can not retrieve it so I have had to set up a new API key and passkey However I have entered these in the Exchanges section on Gunbot but when I start the bot I get a message “Invalid Licence for Okx please contact support”

I have tried to get into the “Edit Licence” part of the program but it won’t load localhost:5000 and is all greyed out  Am I able to amend the licence data and and regoster exchanges or do you need to do it – there must be a way for me to add / amend without bothering you

I will PM you my new Okx API key

I have 5 licence slots – do I need to contact support to add / amend an exchange as it may be useful to have a back up exchange if Okex still fails

No. I am not using TradingView alerts so left that disabled. I’ve never had it enabled even when this was working. I’m totally stuck

Sorry, I that doesn’t work. My sequence is – I click gunthy-win.exe to start the program. A command window opens and the attached screenshot scrolls . Thats it. The second screenshot shows that Trading is enabled but nothing is happening. Last message is Okex timeout

I do notice that on the command line it says my registered exchange is Poloniex whereas the exchage I have connected is Okex. In the Edit licence section Poloniex is listed but Okex isnt – is that an issue (it worked befoe

I am trying to reply to this with a screenshot bit not working. Trading has been enabled but I still get a raft of errors in the command line window

Thanks, I was afraid of that. I am finding the volume on Poloniex not so great and want to move. I won’t use Binance. I moved from Bittrex as the fees killed the profits.  I tried Ofex but despite being on the compatible list Gunbot does not work since they upgraded API & there was no fix date.

Can you advise apart from Binance and Bittrex which exchanges the latest version of Gunbot will work on with no known issues please. will it work on latest version on Kucoin, Gate or Huobi for example

You may recall I had to downgrade my Gunbot to v21 in order to get it to work with Poloniex and Ofex. I see we are now upto v.23. Would you know if the issues are fixed so I can upgrade or do I need to stay on v.21 still

Thank  you. I have downloaded v.21.1. Before I install canI just check – do I stop my current bot, then do a fresh install ? or do I just replace the gunthy.exe file? What happens to the strategy that is already running do I lose all that & need to re-set API and Pairs strategies again or to they automatically port over

Ok – so if I understand you think if I roll back the version to Gunbot v21.1 it will fix this issue?  If so how do I get hold of Gunbot v21.1 and will I “lose” anything of significance by rolling back?  What with upgrading for this issue on Poloniex and upgrading to fix the lack of support for Okex on V5 API the devs will be busy so I had better roll back!!
