New update: All the pairs are cycling very fast and I’m doing very good:
Tracking profit has been a bit hard because I was adding/removing pairs for a bit. Since I like my lists tidy and GB loses the PnL data of the pairs you remove, it was a bit of a pain doing it.
As you say, Gunbot only takes into account the pairs that are already added for PNL calculation. In my case it’s not a big issue as I prefer to keep trading with the same pairs (trusted coins for me). In your case you can do 2 things:

1- Override STOP AFTER NEXT SELL in pairs you want to stop trading with, so they will still be added and their PNL will be calculated.

2- Other option would be to keep a second bot instance, in a different directory, with Watch Mode activated and all the pairs added. This way this instance could be used to check the PNL for all the pairs.
I’m using to auto adjust my TL based on the SG mutation TL calculator. I used to do it once a week so auto TL compounding is nice.
Note that changing TL in the middle of a cycle can mess the internal calculations. SG Mutation makes different calculations as DCA count shown in Dashboard is not accurate at all. What you can do is:

1- Set stop after next sale and then set a new TL for the new cycle.

2- Other option is to change TL a bit, for example from 100 to 110. (It would mess a bit calculations but it won’t be a huge difference). What I mean is that you can change it a bit even in the middle of a cycle and it wouldn’t have a bug impact in SG Mutation behavior.
The real test will be when we trend down a while I guess.
Not only the real test for the strategy, but also for botters, as I have seen people panicing after a 5%- 10% drop and selling with loses. I recently faced a huge drop (from 60 to 70%) and it took 2 months to exit the cycle with profit for some coins, but it was a matter of time. During that time I had cold mind a left the bot doing its job, so better be ready for that. Also note that the deeper the price goes, the higher the profit will be when closing the cycle

By the way, is your Binance account verified? If it isn’t they don’t allow to use API Keys and you will see an error in bot console. That may explain the lack of trades.

Note that buy points are dynamic. The fact that you see the price went lower than the current blue line doesn’t mean it went lower previously. Anyway you can contact us to check that everything is ok. What DCA number did you reach to?

Hi Linares, please remember that there is a Spanish zone in this forum:

                      https://gunbot.shop/forum/f/spanish-gunbot-community/

I think it’s better to keep the forum well organized. You can post about any topic in Spanish forum, and that zone also has a section dedicated to post and share results of SG Mutation or any other strategy

Thanks for posting your comment Candidogblanco. We like to test things a lot before sharing with others, and this version is v4.3. Most likely we will add some other changes / improvements, so final version should be something like v4.4 or 4.5. There isn’t any fixed release date. The most important thing for me is to get a solid and good tested config.

Even running 4 pairs the bankroll management is not good IMO. You can contact us via Telegram to get the Trading Limit calculator so you can get a better idea of how to handle Trading Limit / pairs combo.

Hi Kenzaburo. If I understood good, you have 320 USDT, your Trading Limit is 20 and you are running 8 pairs.  That’s not a good bankroll management. If price drops 30%, it’s easy to reach to DCA 7 or 8, and with your current funds allocation you will get out of funds in a very early DCA.

That’s why we created a calculator that helps people to check the Trading Limit they have to set to reach to DCA X taking the funds and the number of pairs into account.

I understand that it can be tempting to set a high Trading Limit as the higher it is, the higher the profits are. But it’s important to note that if you get out of funds in DCA 5 (just an example), the bot won’t be able to keep running the strategy to make CT trades and DCA buying to keep lowering average bought price. In other words, if you get out of funds, the only thing you can do is to wait for the price to reach to current ABP.

                                Latest stable is v23.0.4:

                                https://gunbot.shop/gunbot-v23-0-4-download-and-changelogs/

Anyway, the best working for me is v22.0.1. I have seen a little bug that affects DCAs in v23.0. What I mean, if you have a bot version that works good for you, what’s the point of upgrading the bot? The only thing you can get is to face new bugs. My advice is to run v22.0.1 for SG Mutation strategies.

Hi Megadarv, thanks for sharing your results. I just wanted to point that the DCA number you see in the GUI is not accurate. The number is usually higher than the real DCA number. For this reason we had to calculate the real DCA number for SG Mutation internal calculations. If Gunbot Dashboard shows “DCA 10”, most likely is DCA 7 or 8.
