      Hello everyone,

I am experiencing some issues with the latest Gunbot v24.x beta versions on my gaming laptop (Lenovo). I am hoping to get some advice on how to resolve this issue.

To provide some context, I have been using Gunbot for trading on various cryptocurrency exchanges for some time now. However, after updating to the latest beta versions, I have noticed that the bot crashes frequently and is not functioning as expected.

I have tried to troubleshoot the issue by checking for any compatibility issues with my gaming laptop. I have an Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB RAM, and a NVIDIA GTX 1070 graphics card. All my drivers are up-to-date, and I have the latest version of Windows 10 installed.

I have also tried to reinstall the bot and adjust the configuration settings, but the issue persists. The bot crashes at random intervals, and it is causing me to lose trades and profits.

I am not sure what else to try. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Thank you in advance for your help.

      Best regards,

Hi Judy, note that beta versions are versions that aren’t 100% tested, so they may have bugs or any other issues. I always recommend to stick to final stable versions. You can get info and download latest stable versions here:

From time to time there is a specific beta version that may incluse some new interesting features and it have a decent testing, But on most of the cases, 99% of the time, you should be fine with lastest stable.

To help you with the issues you are facing with Gunbot v24.x beta versions on your gaming laptop, I need more information about the specific issues you are facing. Here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check the system requirements: Make sure that your gaming laptop meets the minimum system requirements for running Gunbot v24.x beta versions. You can find the system requirements on the Gunbot website or in the documentation that came with the software.
Update drivers and software: Make sure that your laptop’s graphics card drivers, operating system, and other software are up-to-date. An outdated driver or software can cause compatibility issues with Gunbot.
Check for conflicts with other software: Make sure that there are no conflicts between Gunbot and other software running on your laptop, such as antivirus software, firewalls, or other security software. Disable or temporarily uninstall other software to see if it resolves the issue.
Run as administrator: Try running Gunbot as an administrator to see if it resolves the issue. Right-click on the Gunbot icon and select “Run as administrator” from the context menu.
Reinstall the software: If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling Gunbot and then reinstalling it. Make sure to download the latest version of the software from the Gunbot website.
If these steps do not resolve the issues you are facing, you can try contacting Gunbot support for further assistance.
